How to Use

Mama & Bird recommends beginning use two weeks before commencing nursing, applying twice daily to help condition the skin.

Once nursing, gently apply a small amount to clean, dry nipples after feeding. Residue does not need to be removed before nursing, although a clean, slip-free surface is recommended to encourage baby's latch.

Do not apply immediately before feeding.

Mama Balm can also be used on other areas experiencing dryness or irritation.
