At Baba-lando Baby Boutique, we take pride in carefully selecting premium baby and gifting products that we genuinely love and trust.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase provided they are:
• Unused and in original condition
• Returned with original packaging and tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Personalised or embroidered products
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Used baby feeding or hygiene products

Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
